About us

Vilarki develops concept houses for the construction industry. The concept philosophy is inspired by Apple, which combined product development with marketing and grew into a world-leading brand. Also, by management guru Peter F. Drucker, who argued that innovation and marketing are the cornerstones of all businesses. Another source of inspiration is Luca de Meo, the driving force behind modern classics like the Fiat 500 and Renault 5. The name Vilarki is a combination of the words "villa" and "architecture."   

Who’s in charge?

Vilarki is owned and operated by Fredrik Hansson. Fredrik is a trained building engineer and civil engineer in road and water construction. He has devoted his professional life to international marketing, including in the construction sector, as a copywriter, co-owner, and creative director.
